Indian Wells 2013 4th Round Draw

The last 16 draw for the 2013 BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells is ready. The big 4 all made it through theĀ  3rd round safely, but should face tougher opposition in the fourth round.

The stand out match should be the all Swiss affair between Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka. If the Swiss number 2, Wawrinka can just show some of that form that pushed Djokovic to five sets at the Australian open, then Wednesday’s match could be great battle.

3rd seed Andy Murray faces unseed Argentine Carlos Berlocq, not sure if either of these guys follow the politic of the Falkland islands, if they did this could have actually made for a nice little sub plot. Though sportsmen and politics some how just don’t seem to overlap these days.

Novak Djokovic should have a good challenge from home favourite and 23rd seed Sam Querrey. Rafael Nadal will play talented Latvian Ernests Gulbis. Should Nadal and Federer win they will meet in the quarter finals for the first time ever.
