2011 Queen Club Winner Odds

queens club badgeQueens Club is the premier warm up event for Wimbledon and always draw a top class field, which this year includes world number one Rafael Nadal, Britain’s Andy Murray, 2009 US Open champion Juan Martin Del Potro and four-time Queen’s club winner Andy Roddick.

Rafael Nadal is unsurprisingly the favourite to lift the 2011 title despite having only finished his last match on clay less than a week ago. He won the title in London in 2008 and is a two time winner at Wimbledon, he has looked a little tired so far this week, but Rafa is still the man to beat!

Andy Murray is Nadal’s main challenger, he has yet to win a title in 2011 and is looking to repeat his 2009 win at Queen’s club, that year he never had to face any of the top 5 players. His year so far has been ups and downs, he reached his third grand slam final in Australia at the start of the year before going into a slump, he recovered on clay to have his best ever year on the red dirt.

Andy Roddick, the 4 time winner and Jo Wilfred Tsonga are the next favourites to lift the title. Last year’s winner Sam Querrey, Andy Murray’s next opponent Marin Cilic and Fernando Verdasco are outside bets. Betfair
