2011 Australian Open Winner Odds

Australian Open Tennis 2011

Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray have booked their place in the 2011 Australian Open final.

These two are set to play their final on Sunday evening in Melbourne (morning UK Time).

Nadal and Federer may have been the bookmakers favourites to win the first grand slam of the year and it all look good up to the quarter final stage, before Nadal bowed out and then Roger Federer was taken apart by Djokovic in the semis.

Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic had been the 3rd and 4th favourite throughout the event, with the Scot slightly ahead, though Nadal’s exit had placed Murray as the outright second favourite to lift the title ahead of Federer. It’s all change now as Djokovic has now been installed as the bookies favourite, which will be largely down to how dominant his win was over Federer.

Betfair currently have the best odds on both players chances and they are offering a free £25 for all new customers.
